Skier
of the Month award
The
'Skier of the Month' is selected by the coaches, and the trophy is
presented to the winner in front of all the other Vikings at the monthly
Blue Ribbon race.
The trophy
may be awarded for exceptional performance, major improvement, effort and
commitment, or any other reason the coaches feel appropriate.
Winners
keep the trophy for a month, and they get their pictures on the club notice
board and website.
Most Improved Skier Award
The
“Most Improved Skier” is awarded to the Skier who has Improved Their PB
(Personal Best) by the Largest margin this month.
This
new award started in June 2010
